This Shankh is a high-quality heavyweight shankh with a natural smooth finish used for Abhishek and Blowing Purpose. Vamavarti shankh is open towards the left hand (its bulge opens towards the left side (facing north). The purpose of these shankhs is to offer holy waters during Pooja.
