Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

° Please allow us 1-3 business days for your orders to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders on time. 

° 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. 

° We ship our products domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. 

° Personalized (custom) orders take 2-3 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.

How do I create an account?

Go to My Account page and in the register section, enter your email and new password you want. You’ll receive a confirmation link within 15 minutes. Creating an account helps you to manage your address, track your orders and get discounts etc.

How do I change my shipping address?

After creating your order if you want to change your shipping address, you can contact our support team on WhatsApp.

Note: It’s not possible to change the shipping address once your order status changes to shipped.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

None of your payment details are saved with us or the payment provider (Cashfree). We use the safest payment gateway.

Do you charge GST?

Yes we do charge GST (Goods and Services Tax) @ 5%.

Do you provide GST Invoice?

If you want a GST invoice, you can send your GST Number, Company details on this email: info@kalariwarriors.com, you’ll receive your GST invoice within 24 hours.

 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We provide no refund conditions apply*.

As most of our products are delicate, we only allow returns if the product has arrived broken. For more information – Click here 


I received the wrong item

Don’t worry, you can contact our WhatsApp support (Connect it to What’s App chat +91 9004465016) with the product images  you ordered and what you got, we’ll address the issue.

 

My order arrived damaged

Send us the video of the damaged product with the packaging. Stay assured, we’ll send you a new order free of charge.

 

Where should I mail my authorized return?

We’ll initiate your return pickup so that you can enjoy peace of mind shopping with us.

What do I do if I enter an incorrect shipping address?

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Yes, you can only cancel your order until it’s not shipped.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Kalari Warriors receive returned goods. Through Gpay, Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.

Refund will be processed only if: 

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • The returned product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, user manual, and all the accessories therein).
