At Kalari Warriors, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our exchange and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges will not be eligible for any Shankh purchased, except for defective items or damaged shankhs received.
We do not allow exchanges for Flash Sale products.
How to Return:
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, email us at shankh@kalariwarriors.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. You must return the Shankh in its original condition, ensuring the bubble wrap is intact, as the Shankh is fragile. It should not be damaged or broken during transit.
Approval Required: Returns must first be approved by our customer care team via Shankh@kalariwarriors.com. Only after receiving approval should the return courier be sent.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We offer a replacement option with an additional cost of ₹500 to cover both sides of shipping and packaging. Please note that replacements are only possible if the Shankh being replaced is of the same or higher value.
Refund Policy:
Refund to Original Accounts: Refunds will be issued to the original account.
Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs paid on returned items are non-refundable.
General Returns Policy:
Eligibility: Applicable Shankhs are returnable within the applicable return window if they are received in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing items, is defective, or differs from the description on kalariwarriors.com.
Conditions for Return: Returns will be processed only if:
It is determined that the Shankh was not damaged while in your possession.
The Shankh is not different from what was shipped to you.
The Shankh is returned in its original condition.
Non-returnable Products: Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund. We reserve the right to request proof of damage before issuing a refund, and in some cases, we may require the item to be picked up.
Proof of Damage:
Unboxing Video: For any issues related to damaged products/packages, an unboxing video and photos must be provided when sending the complaint email.
International Orders:
Shankhs purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns.
Misuse of Policy:
In cases of misuse of the return policy through excessive returns, cancellations, or non-acceptance of orders, Kalari Warriors reserves the right to warn, suspend, block, or terminate such customer accounts.
Special Circumstances:
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted unless authorized under special circumstances.
